We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for your online purchases. Our technology is designed to provide you with the highest security possible. If payment by credit card is not your preferred method, please call us and we can organize for you to pay by check or money order.
If your order is being shipped within Texas, sales tax of 8.25% is added automatically during the check out process. If your order is shipped outside of Texas, no sales tax is added (yipee!).
We aim to have products in stock and ready to ship when you order. Many of our items however are hand or custom made, artisan products and quantities may be limited. If a product is unavailable, we will provide you with the date that we expect to ship that product. If the expected ship date is unacceptable, please contact us at 512-457-1255, Monday-Saturday, 10am-4pm Central Time.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or it just isn't right for you, we will gladly exchange or return your purchase for a full refund (customized furniture & sale items excluded). Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your purchase. Goods must be in their original condition with no evidence of use or damage. Items need to be repackaged securely and include a copy of your invoice. You will be responsible for all shipping charges unless the return is due to our shipping error or the product is damaged or defective. Gift returns will be credited with a gift certificate. Please make sure your package is insured and prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages, and we assume no responsibility for a package until received at our store. We recommend you use a traceable method of return such as UPS or FedEx. Please allow one billing cycle for a credit card refund to appear on your statement.

Your use of this site, placement of an order or submittal of a purchase order indicates acceptance to all outlined customer service policies, terms and conditions of Jaya. Under no circumstances will Jaya or its employees be liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of this site including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, pricing and product information, customer service policies and terms and conditions at any time. In addition, Jaya will not be bound to any prices posted in error or responsible for discontinued or unavailable items or typographical errors. We also reserve the right to refuse service or fulfillment of an order, should circumstances warrant.
Jaya will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages from the use of our products, even if it has reason to know in advance the possibility of such damages.
Due to the hand-crafted nature of our furniture and the organic materials used, each product will have variances. These variances create uniqueness and individuality intrinsic to the furniture and are not considered defects.
Solid wood is a natural, organic material and as such will weather over time. Some checking (thin, nonstructural cracks) due to contraction and expansion with climate changes should be expected and are not considered to be damage or a defect.
Jaya uses predominately solid wood in the crafting of our furniture. Occasionally, for stability and aesthetics, select veneers and other hardwood products may be used.
